Affiliate & Sponsorship Disclosure

I believe in being straight with the people who watch, read, and trust @HealthybyHeath — here’s exactly how this site makes money.

Affiliate Links

Some posts and pages contain affiliate links — to a product I used in a recipe, a tool I actually use, or something I genuinely recommend. If you click one and buy something, I may earn a small commission. This costs you nothing extra — the price is identical whether you use my link or go direct. I only link to things I’ve actually used or would recommend to a friend. An affiliate relationship never changes my honest opinion.

Sponsored Content

Occasionally a brand pays me to create content featuring their product. When that happens: I only work with brands and products I’d genuinely use myself. Any sponsored post, video, or feature is clearly labeled as sponsored or paid partnership, near the top, not buried. A brand paying for a partnership never buys editorial control.

Why This Page Exists

The FTC requires disclosure of affiliate/sponsorship income. I’d want to know this as a reader, so I’m telling you plainly instead of burying it in fine print.
