Heath’s Story

Chef. Model. Storyteller. The short version is on the homepage. This is the longer one.

The Kitchen Came First

Heath Anderson built his career in professional kitchens, from steakhouse lines to founding his own brand. For nearly a decade he ran Fresh The Juice Bar, a Pacific Northwest restaurant and farmers market business he started from the ground up — cold-pressed juice, smoothies, and real food made from what local growers actually had that week.

A USC graduate with a background in business and film, he has always worked at the intersection of the two: building something with his hands, then finding the story in it.

Smoothies for Smiles

When COVID-19 shut down the Puget Sound region in March 2020, Heath turned the juice bar toward the people who could not stay home. Smoothies for Smiles launched on 18 March 2020 to deliver immunity-focused smoothies, free, to frontline healthcare workers and first responders.

By June 2020 the campaign had donated more than 3,000 smoothies. Recipients included Seattle Children’s Hospital, Swedish, Overlake, and Virginia Mason, along with fire stations, police departments, and nursing homes across King County. The effort was covered by FOX 13 Seattle, KIRO Radio, KUBE 93.3, and the Puget Sound Business Journal.

As the pandemic wore on, the campaign shifted to what small businesses needed next: video production and social content to help them reach customers they could no longer serve in person.

From The Ashes

Building things means sometimes watching them burn down. Heath has been open on camera about setback, loss, and starting over — the material behind his ongoing video work and the reason the phrase From The Ashes sits in the header of this site.

The audience that followed him through it is the one he has now: people who came for food and stayed for the honesty.

Where He Is Now

Heath creates food, travel, and lifestyle content from the Pacific Northwest, publishing to YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, and continues to work with brands in food, wellness, and personal development.
